One-on-one consultation with me, available both online and offline. In this group class, I personally guide you through correct movement and help you overcome fitness challenges, including joint pain and movement limitations.

Once your enrollment is complete, I will personally call you to understand your goals, weaknesses, strengths, and any pain or issues you're facing. Based on this, I'll modify movements to suit your body—so you train safely, effectively, and with confidence.

This program is not about random exercises.
It's about transforming how your body moves.
