Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Please notify us as early as possible via email.
• Cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.
• Any decision regarding refunds for cancelled bookings will be made at the sole discretion of Harish Sharma.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have a genuine emergency that warrants a refund consideration, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to haristhenics06@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include your full name, booking details, and payment reference.
• Clearly explain the reason for your refund request.
• Allow up to 7 business days for your request to be reviewed.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Service Rescheduling

As an alternative to cancellation, we may offer the option to reschedule your booking to a different date, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss rescheduling options.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
• Change of mind after booking.
• Dissatisfaction that is not communicated before or during the session.
